Recruitment Circular No-02/2023 published on 11/01/2023 and Written Examination Circular No. published on 20/08/2023 and 21/09/2023 for the recruitment of 17 category posts of 9th to 20th grade of The Security Printing Corporation (Bangladesh) Ltd. 42/2023 and 53/2023 respectively, the written examination held on 26/08/2023 and 06/10/2023 for the above-mentioned posts, the oral examination of the candidates with the following roll numbers will be held at the Main Building (4th Floor) of Bangladesh Bank Head Office as per the schedule below.

No interview card will be issued separately for the oral test; The admit card of the written test will be considered as the admit card of the oral test. Candidates must report at the scheduled time for the oral examination. Any reason for a late appearance will not be considered acceptable to the authorities. In support of the terms and conditions of the recruitment circular and the information provided in the online application, the candidates are required to submit the original and 01 sets of attested photocopies of the following supporting documents to the checking board in the following order:

a) Handwritten application form to the Director (HRD-1), Human Resources Department-1, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka for submission of documents;

b) Admit card of written examination;

c) All certificates of educational qualification and marksheets/transcripts (certificate regarding the date of publication of results issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations or Registrar if the date of publication of results is not mentioned in the certificates/marksheets/transcripts issued after 05/02/2023);

Note: If passed the ‘O’ Level/ ‘A’ Level examination or obtained a degree from a foreign university, an equivalent certificate (regarding class/department/GPA/CGPA) issued by the concerned Board of Education/University/University Granting Commission of the country as per the instructions issued by the Government;

d) Recently issued Nationality Certificate/Citizenship Certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Commissioner/Councillor in support of the permanent address mentioned in the application;

e) National Identity Card or NID of both husband and wife in case of married candidates;

f) Copies of the following supporting documents for children of freedom fighters who have availed the application age limit of up to 32 years:

1. Red Release/Indian List/Gazette/Bahini Gazette/Shaheed Gazette/Delighted Gazette/Battle Casualty Gazette;

2. Copy of proof of age of Freedom Fighter (Birth Registration/National Identity Card/SSC Certificate/Certificate of City Corporation/Municipality/Union Council as per Birth Registration Act); And

3. Certificate/Warishan Sanad issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Municipality Mayor/Councilor to the effect of son-daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter;

g) In the case of disabled candidates who have accepted the opportunity of application age limit is up to 32 years, the certificate issued in favor of disability from the concerned directorate; And

h) No objection letter from their self-appointing authority in case of employed candidates.

4. In case of deficiency of required documents or case of deficiency of qualification of the candidate at any time later or corruption, furnishing of false information,

In case of submission of any fake certificate, resort to fraud, or any serious (substantive) error or deficiency in the application form or if the information given is proved to be false, the candidature of the said candidate will be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.
05. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the Oral Examination.
