Centrally Candidate Selection Policy-2023 for Recruitment of Officers in 9th and 10th Grade of Petrobangla and its Subsidiary Companies. Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Resources Corporation (Petrobangla) and its subsidiary companies are conducting the recruitment process following the Petrobangla Recruitment Policy 2016 for the recruitment of 9th and 10th-grade officers in various cadres. In this process, to complete the recruitment in Petrobangla and its 13 companies, on the one hand, the organizations are spending a huge amount of money and time, on the other hand, the candidates are also spending a lot of money and time for participating in separate applications and examinations.

To avoid all these issues, if candidates are selected under the same recruitment process in Petrobangla and its subsidiary companies, recruitment in all companies including Petrobangla will be easier in the shortest time. Moreover, as there is an opportunity to give preference based on the candidate’s option, the tendency to leave the job will decrease and more candidates will be created. According to sections 7(d) and 25 of the Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Resources Corporation Act, 2022, Petrobangla and its subsidiary companies have made the following policies for the direct recruitment of 9th and 10th-grade officers through Petrobangla.
