Directorate of Mass Communication Oral Exam Schedule 2023. Oral Exam Schedule for Various Posts of Directorate of Mass Communication. Exam Date: 20 – 26 November 2023 Department of Mass Communication 10 (ten) category post-oral exam schedule. The oral examination of the candidates who have passed the written and practical examination of the 10th category posts of the Directorate of Mass Communication will be held from Monday 20th November 2023 at the Directorate of Mass Communication (9th Floor, Information Building, 112 Circuit House Road, Ramna, Dhaka-1000) as per the schedule below.

Original copies of all educational qualification certificates of candidates, experience certificates (where applicable), national identity cards, copy of original clearance letter stamped by the appointing authority in case of employed candidates (where applicable), written Exam admit card, freedom fighter quota holders as per the latest circular issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs Candidates must bring age proof/all particulars (if applicable), online filled Application Form at the time of Oral Examination. Otherwise, the oral examination will not be accepted. Candidates cannot use a mobile phone or any electronic device during the oral examination. Orphans, Handicapped, Minorities, Ansar, and VDP quota holders candidates have to produce the original issued by the competent authority. Certificate

 

An additional set (attested) of the following documents along with the Application Form must be submitted to the Board of Oral Examination before the examination:

 

• Attested copies of all educational qualification certificates;
• Attested copy of Certificate of Experience/Technical Proficiency as applicable;
• Attested copy of admit card;
• Three copies of passport-size recent color-attested photographs;
• Age proof/attested copy of all information of Freedom Fighter Quota candidates as per the latest circular issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs. Where applicable, orphans, disabled, ethnic minority groups,
• Attested copy of the certificate issued by the appropriate authority of Ansar and VDP quota holders candidates;
• If the permanent address of the applicant has changed, an attested copy of the certificate in favor of the changed permanent address;

 

• Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID);
• Attested copy of citizenship certificate;
• Attested copy of original clearance signed by the appointing authority in case of employed candidates;
• By the concerned Equivalence Committee/Ministry of Education in case of candidates with degrees obtained from abroad
• Attested copy of equivalence certificate issued;

Candidates have to appear in the oral examination following the hygiene rules prescribed by the government. In case any candidate is found to be seriously deficient in any of the conditions mentioned in the concerned recruitment circular, the said candidate’s candidature will be deemed to be void at any stage before or after the oral examination.
