The security printing corporation (Bangladesh) Ltd. notification regarding the release of the results of the candidates who passed the practical test and the schedule for taking the oral test for the purpose of recruitment to the post of ‘Data Entry Control Operator’ in the 16th grade. The Security Printing Corporation (Bangladesh) Ltd. has passed the practical test held on 12/11/2022 as per recruitment circular no. The oral examination of the roll-numbered candidates will be held in the Main Building (6th Floor) of Bangladesh Bank Head Office as per the following schedule.

2. No interview card will be issued separately for the oral test; Admit Card of Standard Aptitude Test will be considered as Admit Card of Oral Test.

3. Candidates must report at the scheduled time for the oral examination. Any reason for a late appearance will not be acceptable to the authorities. In support of the terms and conditions of the recruitment circular and the information given in the online application, the candidates have to show the original and 01 sets of attested photocopies of the following supporting documents and submit them to the checking board in the following order;

• a) Handwritten application form to the Director (HRD-1), Human Resources Department-1, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka for submission of documents;
• b) Admit Card of Standard Aptitude Test;
• c) All certificates of educational qualification and mark sheets/transcripts (certificate regarding the date of publication of results issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations or Registrar if the certificate/mark sheet/transcript issued after 16/03/2020 does not mention the date of publication of results); Note: Equivalence certificate issued by the concerned Board of Education/University/University Granting Commission of the country as per the instructions issued by the Government (with mention of Class/Department/GPA/CGPA) in case of passing ‘O’ Level/’A’ Level examination or obtaining degree from a foreign university;
• d) By the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Commissioner/Councillor in support of the permanent address mentioned in the application.
  Recently issued Nationality Certificate/Citizenship Certificate;
• e) Computer training certificate of a minimum of 6 months from a government-approved institution;
• f) Copies of the following supporting documents in case of freedom fighter quota candidates

i) Red Release/Indian List/Gazette/Army Gazette/Shaheed Gazette/Title Gazette/War Casualty Gazette;

ii) Copy of proof of age of Freedom Fighter (Birth Registration/National Identity Card/SSC Certificate/Certificate of City Corporation/Municipality/Union Parishad as per Birth Registration Act) and

iii) Succession certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor in this regard to sons/daughters/grandchildren of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters;

• g) Certificate issued by the competent authority in favor of the quota in case of other quota candidates;
• h) No objection letter from their self-appointing authority in case of employed candidates.

4. In case of lack of required documents or later on any deficiency of candidate’s qualification or corruption, furnishing of false information, submission of any fake certificate, resorting to fraud, resorting to fraud or serious (Substantive) error or deficiency in the application form or if the information provided is proved to be false. The candidature of the said candidate will be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.

5. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the oral examination.

6. Candidates appearing for the oral examination must follow the health rules related to Covid-19 as directed by the Ministry of Health.
