Applications are invited from the permanent citizens of Bangladesh for the following vacancies due to the retirement and death of Brahmanbaria Municipality employees as per the clearance letter dated.

Brahmanbaria Municipal Office Recruitment Terms:

01. in the application form

• (a) Name of the candidate (Bengali and English),
• (b) Name of father/husband,
• (c) Mother’s name,
• (d) permanent address,
• (e) present address,
• (f) date of birth (as per educational qualification certificate),
• (g) Age of the candidate as of 31/12/2022,
• (h) Nationality,
• (j) religion,
• (k) Educational qualification (mentioning year/division/class of pass),
• (l) Account name (if applicable).
• (d) Application should be made to the Mayor, Brahmanbaria Municipality, Brahmanbaria mentioning details of experience (if applicable), etc.

02. Candidates should enclose with the application the photocopies of the following certificates/documents attested by a gazetted officer (with name, designation and seal) of the D/Hobby, First Class.

• (a) Certificate of Educational Qualification.
• (b) National Identity Card and Birth Registration.
• (c) Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class.
• (d) Citizenship certificate issued by the Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman of the concerned municipality.
• (e) 03 (three) copies of recent passport-size photographs.

03. Candidates should submit a bank draft (irrevocable) of Tk 500/- (five hundred) in the order of 01 to 06 and Tk 300/- (three hundred) in the order of 07 to 10 in favor of the Mayor, Brahmanbaria Municipality along with the application.

04. As of 28/02/2023 candidate’s age should be between 18-30 years. The maximum age limit for pets of freedom fighters/ martyred freedom fighters is 32 years. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible.

15. If the profession is freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the candidate must submit the attested copy of the original certificate issued by the competent authority (issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs or countersigned by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Chief Advisor of the Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Parliament). No other than such certificate shall be accepted as a certificate of liberation war

06. In the case of orphanage residents and physically challenged candidates, the certificate issued by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Social Services/ Upazila Social Services Officer should be submitted.

07. In the case of tribal candidates, the certificate issued by the concerned District Commissioner/Upazila Nirbahi Officer should be attached to the application.

08. The handwritten application addressed to the Mayor, Brahmanbaria Municipality, Brahmanbaria must reach the Mayor, Brahmanbaria Municipality, Brahmanbaria on or before 06/04/2023 during office hours. Applications received after the prescribed time will not be accepted.

09. Employed candidates must submit the application form within the prescribed time through the recruiting authority.

10. The name of the post should be written in clear letters on the envelope. A separate envelope of size 10.5×4.5 inches with an unused postage stamp of Rs.15 affixed with the applicant’s name and address should be submitted along with the application form for the purpose of issuing of admit card to the correct address.

11. If the candidate is appointed by concealing any information or providing wrong information, legal action will be taken against the candidate including cancellation of the application.

12. The examination shall be attended at the place designated by the authority and no TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the examination.

13. Candidates must produce original copies of all certificates at the time of the interview.

14. The authority reserves the right to suspend the recruitment process, change the time, modify the conditions, or partially or completely cancel the recruitment notification without assigning any reason.
