The candidate should attach the following documents attested by the University Teacher or First Class Gazetted Officer along with the application form- (a) 03 copies of a recent passport-size color photograph (b) an Attested copy of the Educational Qualification Certificate (c) an Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration (d) Attested copy of certificate of experience (including salary) (if any or where applicable) (e) Attested copy of certificate of publication and training (if any or where applicable). Bangladesh University Grants Commission rules will be followed in respect of degrees obtained from foreign universities/educational institutions. Employed candidates should apply through the appropriate authority. Incorrect/incomplete applications received will be treated as outright rejection.

Every candidate should write the name of the post applied for and the department on the envelope. 600/- (Non-refundable) bank draft/pay order from any branch of Janata Bank Limited in favor of Rabindra University, Bangladesh should be enclosed with the application form. The bank draft/pay order number and amount should be mentioned in the application form. Any condition of age or educational qualification is relaxable in the case of internal candidates. Preference may be given to internal candidates for recruitment. Applicants must produce original copies of all certificates during the oral examination.
