Candidates who want to participate in the exam will fill out the application form on this website http://itiiu.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows: Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 1st May 2024 at 10:00 AM. The last date and time for submission of the application form online is 15th May 2024 AD till 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. The candidate shall retain a print copy of the filled online application form as an aid for any examination-related purposes and submit one copy at the time of oral and practical (where applicable) examination.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature as per the instructions. Candidates who apply will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo, and Signature. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/extensions are admissible after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, you must download and save the color print of the recent color photograph, correct information, and signature of the applicant’s copy after confirming the PDF copy.

A User ID number will be provided on the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (2) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee for serial numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 as mentioned in the recruitment circular. For exam fee 200/- (two hundred) Taka and service charge of Teletalk 23/- including (non-refundable) total 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka and the exam fee for Serial No. 100/- (one hundred) and service of Teletalk Total 112/- (One Hundred and Twelve) Taka including charge 12/- (non-refundable) shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted here that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted. ‘

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://itiiu.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the mobile number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS procedure only from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.
