02. All the information, documents, certificates etc. provided by the candidate along with the application form are given in the advertisement conditions and application form On the basis of the undertaking, the Karma Commission has provisionally recommended the candidates on the condition that before the appointment, the appointing authority shall verify the authenticity of all the certificates, documents and papers of the candidate through the appropriate authority and make the final appointment.

03. If the candidates provisionally recommended by the Public Works Commission are later found to have any deficiency in qualifications or documents, if evidence of corruption, forgery of certificates is found, if false information is provided or if any substantial (substantive) error is observed, the provisional recommendation of the said candidate will be considered canceled. Moreover, the candidate can be referred to the criminal law in certain cases. If any such information is disclosed or proved after the employment, appropriate legal action may be taken against him in addition to his dismissal from employment.

04. The concerned Ministry as the appointing authority will appoint the recommended candidates after the declaration of eligibility in the health examination and the verification of the previous resume of the appointment recommendation by the appropriate agency.

05. The Karma Commission reserves the right to correct any substantive inaccuracies in the published results.
