Eligibility of candidates to apply for the post of SI:

• Candidate Age: 19 to 27 years.
• Age Limit Date: Candidates whose age will be within the mentioned age limit on 27th May 2023 will be considered eligible to apply. However, those who have crossed the upper age limit as on 25 March 2020 will also be considered eligible to apply. In this case, the date of birth mentioned in the SSC or equivalent certificate will be considered final. It should be noted that the existing rules of the government will be followed in the matter of age modification of the children of heroic freedom fighters or martyred freedom fighters.
• Educational Qualification: Possessing minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and Computer Proficiency.
• Nationality: The candidate must be a permanent citizen (Male and Female) of Bangladesh by birth.
• Marital Status: The candidate must be unmarried (divorcee is not acceptable) and must remain unmarried till completion of the apprenticeship.
• Physical Dimensions of Candidate: Male Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches. Chest size is 32 inches in normal state and 34 inches in expanded state. Weight should be within permissible limits for age and height.
• Female Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches. Weight should be within permissible limits for age and height

First Step of SI Recruitment Application:

1. By entering the link http://police.teletalk.com.bd you have to fill out the application form for the Physical Endurance Test along with verification of physical measurements and documents. The link will provide helpful video tutorials and form-filling guidelines for filling out the application form correctly. Apart from this, the help option of the link can be used to fill out the form.

2. Online application period will be valid Online application for the post starts on 06-05-2023. The application can be made till 27-05-2023

3. Immediately after filling out the application form every eligible candidate will get a USER ID on the mobile number used by him. In this case, the candidate has to pay a 40/- (Thirty) (non-refundable) service charge from any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of filling out the application form.

4. Animal signature (length 300 x text 80 Pixel) and color photograph (length 300 x text 300 Pixel) should be scanned in the online application form and uploaded at the designated place;

5. The information filled in the online application form will be used for all subsequent activities, so the candidate must be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information before submitting the online application form, and

6. Candidates should retain a color/black and white print copy of the online filled application form for use in any exam-related need.
