Candidates who are interested in participating in the exam will fill out the application form on this website http://pbsmym3.teletalk.com.bd/ Online Application Form Filling and Exam Fee Submission Start Date: 21/01/2024, 10:00 AM. The last date for filling out the application form online: is 10/02/2024, 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User IDs within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. The application form cannot be filled out after the prescribed date and time.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his recently collected (more than 03 months) color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form at their own risk for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy at the time of the oral examination.

After completing the online application form (Application From) properly by uploading the picture and signature as per the instructions and submitting the application form, the application preview with the picture can be seen on the computer. Or if the photo/signature is not correct then you can only apply again on the (Web) site without depositing the application fee. Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are admissible after the submission of the application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and save the colored printed copy of his recent color photograph, accurate information, and signed PDF copy in the Applicant’s copy.

A User ID number will be provided in the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for an exam fee of Rs.100/-(one hundred) and service charge of Teletalk Rs.12 Deposit a total of 112/-(One Hundred and Twelve) Taka including Rs. It is especially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted. Applicant’s copy of filled online application form and copy of admit card must be submitted for proof.

The date and schedule of the written and oral examination will be provided later on the notice board and website of Mymensingh Palli Vidyut Samiti-3 http://pbs3.mymensingh.gov.bd and exam admit card on teletalk http://pbsmym3.teletalk.com.bd/ and Candidates will be notified through sms on the mobile number mentioned in the application form. Candidates have to participate in written and oral tests. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be eligible to appear in the oral test only. Participate in the examination following the government guidelines and hygiene rules. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in written and oral examinations. Candidates must submit original copies of educational qualifications and other certificates while attending the oral examination.

All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidates must produce the admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during the oral test. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS procedure only from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.
