Noakhali Upazila Family Planning Office Circular 2023 –

Clinical Contraception Services Delivery Programme, Directorate of Family Planning Memorandum No- POPO/CCSDP / PPV-Employment- 482/2021-22 / 3217, Dated: 25/04/2023 As per LARC & PM (LARC & PM) program dynamics and mother and In order to improve the quality of child health services, applications are being invited from the permanent residents of certain units of the concerned union for the appointment of Paid Peer Volunteers on a unit-based ‘no work, no allowance’ basis in the Peer Activities program of Senbag Upazila.


Candidates’ age limit should be between 18 to 30 years as of 11/05/2023. An affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. The quota policy will be followed and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules will be followed. Candidates are permanent residents of the work area mentioned in the advertisement and only married female candidates can apply. Must be in good physical and mental health. A medical certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon at the time of joining the service must be submitted (under his own management).


Noakhali Upazila Family Planning Office Circular 2023 –

Preference will be given to those with prior experience in Health, Family Planning, and Nutrition. Preference will be given to satisfied Permanent & Long Term Procedure (LARC & PM) candidates. Couples with more than two children will be considered ineligible. Freedom fighter pets will be given top priority. Any inaccuracy in information in the future will be treated as cancellation of the appointment.
Candidates should submit photocopies of the following certificates/documents attested by Gazetted Officer (minimum 9th grade) along with 1 (one) set of application forms. Application form should reach Upazila Family Planning Office, Senbagh Noakhali directly/by post/courier by 04.00 PM on 11/05/2023.


  • (a) 04 (four) copies of recent passport-size attested color photographs of the candidate.
  • (b) Certificates attesting to all educational qualifications of the candidate.
  • (c) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad in which the candidate is a permanent resident of the Union/Municipality.
  • (d) Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the 1st class.
  • (e) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration.
  • (f) Husband’s national identity card.
  • (g) Marriage certificate.
  • (h) Attested certificate of experience (social welfare/employment) (if any).
  • (i) In case the applicant is the son-daughter and son-daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor in this regard (the relationship between the applicant and the freedom fighter/martyr must be to be mentioned).
  • (j) Copy of Gazette, Red Liberation Message/Indian List/Certificate signed by Prime Minister in case of son-daughter and son’s daughter’s son’s daughter of applicant freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter as proof of freedom fighter.
  • (k) Admit Card of Oral Examination to be enclosed.

All the information related to the prescribed application form, admit card table and examination is available on the web portal of Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Senbug Noakhali ( and the web portal of Upazila Family Planning Office, Senbug Noakhali (www.fpo.senbug.noakhali. gov. bd) can be found. Ambiguous, defective, and unsigned application forms will be treated as outright rejection. Candidates will be selected through an oral examination of 100 (one hundred) marks.

Union, Unit Number, and Special Quota (if applicable) should be clearly mentioned on the application envelope. A (9.50’x4.50′) inch return envelope with an unused postage stamp worth Tk 10 (ten) should be attached to the application form.


300/- (Three Hundred) Rupees non-judicial stamp at the time of joining of Paid Peer Volunteers will be accepted stating the following:-

  • (a) shall not create any hindrance in the recruitment of manpower to the post of P.A. Assistant in the revenue sector in the concerned work area.
  • (b) shall not raise any claim regarding regularization and inclusion in the National Pay Scale while serving in the post of Paid Peer Volunteer.
  • (c) No legal action shall be taken by the Court in respect of regularization of the post of Paid Peer Volunteer and inclusion in the National Pay Scale.
  • (d) The appointment will be on a purely temporary, work-no-allowance basis till the operational plan period (June/24).
  • (e) At the end of the term the said appointment shall automatically be deemed to be canceled.
  • (f) The allowances mentioned in the recruitment circular will be payable from the concerned upazila as per the government rules.

The authority can cancel the appointment if the performance of assigned duties and the progress of activities is not satisfactory. The progress of the Paid Peer Volunteer activities will be reviewed every month. If the progress is not satisfactory after 03 (three) months, the authority will take measures to cancel the appointment. In case of voluntary exemption from responsibility, the authorities must be informed at least 01 (one) month in advance. Must work in the work area and stay in the work area wearing the clothes provided by the Family Planning Department.

No application will be accepted after the prescribed date and time. The Authority reserves the right to modify or partially or completely cancel this recruitment notification without assigning any reason.
