Online Application Form Filling and Application Fee Submission Start Date and Time: 27/03/2024 AD. 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the online application form: is 16/04/2024. 04.00 pm. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period have to submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300×width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300×width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates should save a color print copy of the online filled application form and submit one copy at the time of the oral examination. Rules of sending SMS and payment of exam fee: Fill the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Candidates who apply correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph, and Signature.

Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for the examination fee of 200/- (two hundred times) for the post of Serial No. 1-2. money; Service charge of Teletalk is Rs.23/- (Twenty-Three) including (non-refundable) Total Rs. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://mochta.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. This admit card must be produced at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of the oral test if the written test is passed.
