Original certificates of all educational qualifications including admit card at the time of oral examination, original copy of national identity card, citizen certificate, union parishad/municipality certificate as proof of own district, quota in case of quota 01 of documentary evidence in favor, copy of the application form and all documents attested by the gazetted officer (One) set of photocopies should be brought along.
