The results of the written examination for the selection of candidates for the post of Office Assistant of the Department of Shipping will be published on the notice board of the Department and the website www.dos.gov.bd within approximately 08 hours of the completion of the examination. In view of your application for the post of Office Assistant, the written test will be held on 31/03/2023 every Friday at 03:00 PM at Examination Hall (5th Floor of Gousepak Building), Directorate of Shipping, Motijheel, Dhaka. Candidates who pass the written test will be admitted to the oral test on 02-04-2023 from 9.00 AM at the Directorate of Shipping, 141-143 Motijheel (8th Floor) or/A, Dhaka-1000.

Printed color admit card and application form, along with all original certificates related to educational qualification, and experience should be present at a specified time and place. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the selection test. A black ballpoint pen should be used in the test. All types of digital/smart watches/mobile phones/calculators/electronic devices shall not be carried/used during the examination. Authority is not responsible for failure to appear on time for examination.
