The Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and reports to the Board of Directors. Subject to the supervision and approval of the Board, the Managing Director will be responsible for managing all business and administrative functions of the Company. The successful candidate will anticipate and manage organizational resources to meet the needs and goals of the Company. She/he is the leader of the management team of the company and responsible for the overall administration & management, controlling, coordinating, corporate planning and business development, etc. with a particular focus on good governance and corporate services on various administrative and strategic aspects. She/he will ensure discipline & good organizational culture and compliance with Laws, Rules, and Regulations in the overall functioning of the company.
