Recruitment Circular No. 16/2021 of this Secretariat dated 31/01/2021 for the purpose of appointing a total of 1439 ‘Officer (Cash)’ based on the year 2019 in 5 banks which are members of the Bankers Selection Committee (Sonali Bank Ltd. (846), Janata Bank Ltd. (105), Agrani Bank Ltd. (400), Rupali Bank Ltd. (85) and Bangladesh Development Bank Ltd. (03). In view of this, the oral examination of 5771 candidates who passed the written examination held on 28/05/2022 will be held at Bangladesh Bank, Head Office (4th Floor of Main Building), Motijheel, Dhaka as per the following date and schedule. No interview card will be issued separately for the oral test; However, the admit card of the written test held earlier will be treated as the admit card of the said test. Candidates must report at the scheduled time for the oral examination. Any reason for late reporting will not be acceptable to the authorities. Candidates are required to produce original copies of the supporting documents mentioned below and one set of attested photocopies to support the terms and conditions of the recruitment notice and the information mentioned in the online application. Immediately before the oral examination must be submitted to the associate members of the oral examination board:

• 1. Candidate’s handwritten application form to the Director (BSCS) and Member-Secretary, Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka;
• 2. 03 copies of recent color passport size photograph (Candidate’s name and roll number should be written on the back of the photograph);
• 3. Admit Card of Written Examination;
• 8. Certificates of all educational qualifications (SSC/Equivalent Certificate, HSC/Equivalent Certificate, Four Year Graduate/Graduate (Honours) Certificate and Marksheet, Graduation Certificate, and Marksheet in order;
• 5. Certificate regarding the date of publication of results issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations or the Registrar if the date of publication of results is not mentioned in the four-year Bachelor/Graduate (Honours)/Post Graduate certificate/mark sheet issued after 22/02/2021;

• 6. If you have passed the ‘O’ Level/ ‘A’ Level examination or have obtained a degree from a foreign university, the country concerned Equivalence certificate (with mention of Class/Department/GPA/CGPA) issued from Education Board/University/University Grant Commission;
• 7. Recent nationality certificate/citizenship certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Commissioner in support of the permanent address (permanent address of husband in case of a married woman) mentioned in the application;
• 8. Certificate of proof of freedom fighter certificate to candidates related to freedom fighter;
• 9. In the case of disabled candidates, the certificate issued in favor of disability from the concerned department;
• 10. Candidates belonging to Minority Tribes shall be issued with a Certificate of Evidence of Minority Tribe Certificate and
  11. No objection letter from their self appointing authority in case of job candidates.

BSCS reserves the right to amend the published results if any correction is required for any reason. BSCS reserves the right to cancel the candidature without any communication with the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process due to incomplete/faulty information/documents submitted by the candidate.
