National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP) and Aedes Transmitted Disease Control Program under the Communicable Disease Control (CDC) operational plan of the Department of Health and Family Welfare under the control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, through the Global Fund to Fight AIDS Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) Grant, COVID-19 Response (C19RM) is setting up 29 Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Plants across the country.

 

153 posts in 4 categories under GFATM Grant for the said 29 PSA Oxygen Plants and two (02) posts of NMEP recently vacant (Accounts Officer-1, Medical Technologist – Lab-1), 155 posts will be recruited as per the list below. This application is being invited on the website http://cdc.teletalk.com.bd subject to the following conditions. No application will be accepted except online. Apart from the newspaper, the notification is also available on the web portal of the Department of Health (www.dghs.gov.bd) and http://cdc.teletalk.com.bd or by scanning the QR code of the only state mobile operator in Bangladesh.

The following conditions must be followed while filling out the application form and participating in the examination. Candidates must be within the prescribed age limit as of 31st October 2023. Candidates employed in Govt/semi-government/Autonomous Institutions must receive permission from the appropriate authority at the time of oral examination. Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://cdc.teletalk.com.bd. No application will be accepted in person or by post. Date and time of filling out the application form online and submission of application fee: 21 November 2023 am-10.00 am. The last date for submission of application form online is 02 December 2023 at 12.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

 

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature as per instructions, the application preview with the computer image can be seen. Candidates who submit the application form correctly will get a User ID, Photo, and Applicant’s Copy with signature. After downloading the Applicant’s Copy, print it in color and save it. The User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number, the candidate must send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and pay the specified fee within 72 (seventy-two) hours as per the list below.

 

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://cdc.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the said number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.
