46th B.C.S. Exam-2023. Online applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts of various cadres mentioned below in Bangladesh Civil Service through the competitive 46th BCS Examination-2023. Eligibility of Candidates Appeared: If a candidate has appeared in any examination in which he has passed the 46th B.C.S. will be eligible to participate in the examination-2023 and if his result of that examination is 46th B.C.S. Even if the last date of submission of the application form (online registration) for examination 2023 is not published, he can apply online as a candidate. But it will be accepted temporarily. Only those candidates will be considered as qualified candidates who have passed all the written examinations at the graduation/post-graduation level of 46th B.C.S. The examination is completely completed by the last date of receipt of application forms i.e. 31.12.2023.

• Last date of submission of application forms i.e. 31.12.2023, 6.00 PM Only candidates who have received User ID within 72 hours (ie 03.01.2024, 6.00 PM) after that time (12.00 of Notification (following the instructions in paragraph no.) can deposit the fee. Candidates have to complete the fee deposit within the time specified in the Applicant’s Copy (ie 72 hours). There is an opportunity to amend the application form before submitting the fee. Check the print copy of the application and submit the fee. No further amendment will be allowed after the submission of the fee. It is advised to apply with sufficient time instead of waiting for the last date and time for application. Preliminary tests and written examinations will be held at Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh centers. However, if the Preliminary Test/Written Examination is not possible at any center of the candidate’s choice, the candidate will have to participate in the Preliminary Test/Written Examination at any other center designated by the Commission. Note that the oral examination will be held at the head office of the commission, Dhaka. No application for a change of center will be entertained.

 

Appointment of voice recorders for disabled candidates Based on the application of disabled candidates who need voice recorders, qualified trained voice recorders will be appointed by the Bangladesh Public Works Commission. Candidates with disabilities who require an audio recorder must apply to the Controller of Examinations [Cadre] of the Commission to obtain an audio recorder along with a medical certificate, photo, and copy of disability identity card regarding the need for an audio recorder within the time prescribed by the Labor Commission. Use of the English version of the question paper in the preliminary test Candidates who are interested in appearing in the English version of the question paper in the preliminary test should tick (√) in the box of the Question type option in the online form. Examination of English version candidates will be held in separate examination hall/room. If the candidates of the English version participate in the exam of Bengali version, the candidature will be canceled along with the answer sheet of the exam.
