Under the Department of Technical and Madrasa Education Department of Technical Education various Polytechnic Institutes and Technical Schools and Colleges under the 9th grade of ‘Instructor and Worksop Super‘ M.C.Q. The typewritten examination will be held on 13/05.2023 every Saturday in 13 halls of Dhaka following proper hygiene rules and according to the following schedule and seating arrangement.

Exam Instructions 2023 for the post of Instructor and Worksop Super
1. Candidates have to participate in the written (MCQ Type) examination following the health rules issued by the government.
2. From the Commission website www.bpsc.gov.bd or the Teletalk website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
Candidates have to attend the exam with the downloaded admit card. No fresh admit card will be sent in favor of the candidates.
3. In case of lost or destroyed admit card of any candidate can be downloaded from the Commission website www.bpsc.gov.bd or the Teletalk website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without admit card.
4. The instructions given in the admit card should be read and followed very carefully.
5. If a candidate has applied for more than one post of ‘Instructor’ or ‘Workshop Super, if he appears in the examination of any one post, he will be deemed to have appeared in the examination of the other post as well. However, the candidate who wants to take the exam should bring the admit card of the prescribed post for that hall. Otherwise, his examination will not be accepted.
6. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10:00 am.
7. Candidate’s registration number consists of 06 (six) digits. If a candidate’s registration number is less than 06 (six) digits, fill the left side cell/cells with 0 (zero), write the digits of the registration number in the applicable cell with a ballpoint pen, and fill the corresponding circles below with black ink ballpoint pen.
8. Candidates will not be admitted to the examination in any hall/room other than the designated room of the designated hall.
9. The attendance list will have his/her photograph and signature similar to the admit card printed next to the registration number and name of each candidate. The photo and signature of the admit card will be compared with the photo and signature of the attendance list, if there is no match, legal action will be taken against the candidate including expulsion.
10. After receiving the question paper no candidate can leave the room till the end of the examination.
11. Candidates are especially warned that if the registration number is not written correctly, the circle is not filled correctly, or any kind of tampering or fluid is applied to the answer sheet, the candidature will be canceled.
12. Candidates with disabilities who require an audio recorder should submit the application (with 2 copies of color photographs) for an audio recorder to the Director, Unit-9, Head Office of the Commission, Dhaka by 07.05.2023 (during office hours). Candidates will be nominated by the Career Commission after considering the applications received. Permission slips with photographs will be issued to the authorized recorder. The auditor must appear in the examination hall along with the concerned disabled candidate with the photo permit issued by the commission.
13 Candidates have to answer 200 Marks Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type written exam questions. Candidates will get 01 (one) marks for each correct answer; 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The full duration of the exam is 02 (two) hours.
14. Candidates will be given a combined question paper of a total of 200 marks including Bengali-40, English-40, General Knowledge (Bangladesh and International Affairs)-40, Mathematics-30 and General Science-50 marks. They have to answer in an OMR FORM of 200 marks for 05 subjects within the stipulated time of 02 (two) hours.
15. In the case of a candidate, if a significant [Substantive] deficiency of the conditions mentioned in the recruitment circular or recruitment rules is found, the candidate’s candidature will be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.
16. Bringing books, bags/vanity bags, jewelry, bank cards/credit cards/debit cards or any similar wristwatch, pocket watch, electronic watch, mobile phone, watch-like mobile phone, calculator or any electronic device to the examination hall Totally prohibited. Candidates cannot wear any covering over the ears during the examination, the ears must be open.
17. If any prohibited material is found in the examination room during the examination, the candidate will be confiscated and his/her candidature will be canceled and necessary legal action will be taken against him/her. During the examination, if a member of the law and order forces, journalist, member of an intelligence agency, representative of BPSC, or any other person wants to enter the examination hall or halls without permission, the member of the law and order force in charge of the entrance will inform the officer in charge of the commission and the head of the institution.
