In view of the memorandum of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Bangladesh Council of Science and Industrial Research (BCSIR) is inviting filled-in applications from Bangladeshi citizens to fill up the following temporary posts in the revenue sector (online at http://bcsir19.teletalk.com.bd website). Candidates who want to participate in the exam should fill out the application form on this website http://bcsir19.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 04.06 2023, 10:00 AM. Last date and time for submission of the application form online: 22.06.2023, 5:00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form. Candidates shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.

Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. A User ID is required to submit the application form accurately. Get an applicant’s copy with a photograph and signature.

After downloading the applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for the application fee including a service charge of 200/- (two hundred) for the post of Serial No.1. Total 223 (two hundred and twenty-three) including 23 (twenty-three) service charges of Teletalk and 100/- (one hundred) for the post of Serial No.2 and 12 (times) including service charges of Teletalk (non-refundable) total 112 (one hundred times) should be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is specially mentioned here that ‘Even if all the parts of the application form have been filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.
