The oral examination of the candidates selected in the written examination for the purpose of appointment to the vacant post of Assistant Director (AD) of 9th grade under the administrative jurisdiction of the office of the Chief Administrative Officer under the organizational structure of the Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter-Army Organizations under the Ministry of Defense will be held in Room No. 208 of the Ministry as per the following schedule.

Copy of online application submitted at the time of oral examination, copy of admit card, original copy of national identity card, original copy of citizenship certificate, original copy of all educational qualification certificate, 3(three) copies of passport size color photograph, son/daughter of veer freedom fighter/martyr veer mukti joddha and physically challenged candidates as applicable For proof of age limit 18-32 years, original copy of certificate issued by the appropriate authority, 1 (one) set of attested photocopies of all the mentioned documents along with attested letter from the concerned authority in case of employed candidates should be submitted.
