Mymensingh Tax Commission Office Recruitment Circular 2024. Recruitment circular for 29 posts in Office of Tax Commissioner, Tax Zone-Mymensingh. To the natural citizens of Mymensingh Division and natural citizens of Kishoreganj District (except Bhairab and Kuliarchar Upazila) under the jurisdiction of Tax Region Mymensingh for the following posts as per the rules for direct recruitment of manpower to the vacant posts under the revenue sector of Tax Zone-Mymensingh under National Board of Revenue based on clearance received from the Department of Internal Revenue. Applications are being invited online (on the website http://tzm.teletalk.com.bd) within the stipulated time subject to the following conditions. No application will be accepted except online. The notification can be obtained directly by entering the job portal of the Teletalk website https://alljobs.teletalk.com.bd through QR Code scanning. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website (http://tm.teletalk.com.bd) and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photograph, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS procedure only from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.

Those who wish to apply can fill out the application form on the website (http://tzm.teletalk.com.bd). Starting date for online application form filling and examination fee submission: 7 February 2024, 10:00 am. The last date for submission of the online application form and examination fee: is 27 February 2024, 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within that period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will upload his recent (within 3 months) color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) at the specified place. Image size, maximum 100KB, and signature size, maximum 60 KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the online application form. Candidates shall retain a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy during the oral examination. After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.

If the applicant’s copy has any information wrong or unclear image (completely black/completely white/blurred) or incorrect photograph/signature then only re-apply (on the web) without deposit of the application fee. Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and print the latest color photograph, accurate information, and signed PDF copy in the Applicant’s copy.

A User ID number will be given on the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding examination fee regarding examination fee for serial numbers 1 to 4 as mentioned in the recruitment circular. 200/- (two hundred) taka and 23.00 taka for the teletalk service charge total of 223.00 (two hundred and twenty-three) taka and 100 (one hundred) taka for exam fee for serial number 5 to 8 and teletalk service charge of 12,00 Total 112.00 (One Hundred times) Taka including cash shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.
