Tax Zone-9 Dhaka Tax Commissioner’s office on recruitment basis for various vacant posts from Grade-13 to Grade-20 under Tax Commissioner, Tax Zone-9, Dhaka on a temporary basis from the actual permanent residents/citizens of the following districts under Dhaka division. Candidates who are interested in participating in the exam will fill out the application form at http://tax9.teletalk.com.bd website. Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 15/05/2013, 10:00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 06/06/2023, up to 5:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

Candidates’ age limit is 18-30 years as of 06/06/2023 and 18-32 years for sons/daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. According to document no-05.00.0000.170.11.01720-149 dated September 22, 2022, of the Ministry of Public Administration, Rule-1 Branch, if they are within the maximum age limit on 25/03/2020, the said candidates will get an opportunity to apply. The age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of candidates working in the tax department as against the posts of Adjunct-Curricular cum Computer Operator and Office Assistant cum Computer Curriculum. No affidavit is admissible for proof of age. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations shall apply subject to the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the no-objection letter at the time of oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.

Date and schedule of written, oral, and practical examination later on Tax Zone-9, Dhaka notice board and website www.taxeszone9dhaka.gov.bd will be notified and candidates will be notified through SMS on their personal mobile phones. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written/practical/oral test. Incomplete, defective, false, and late applications will be rejected. Certificate, Date of Birth, National Identity Card, and Place of Birth Legal action will be taken against the candidate if the information provided is found to be untrue or false.

(Application Form) After completing the submission of the application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (completely black/white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can apply again (web) without depositing the application fee.

Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee, so before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy of the applicant’s recent color photograph, correct information, and signature is attached and its correctness is confirmed by downloading the PDF copy and making a color print. save Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID and using the User ID, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS from any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee as mentioned in the employment circular-

• A total of 223/- (Taka Two Hundred and Twenty-Three) including examination fee of 200/- (Taka Two Hundred) and SMS service charge of Teletalk 23/- (Twenty-Three) for candidates from Serial No. 1 to 5 and
• 100/- (One Hundred Taka) for Serial No. 6 to 8 and 12/- (One Hundred Taka) including Teletalk’s SMS Service Charge Total of 112/- (One Hundred Taka) within 72 hours.

It is specially mentioned here, ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.’
