Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website (http://tax11.teletalk.com.bd). The date and time for filling out the application form and deposit of application fee is 02.05.2013 10.00 am. The last date and time of submission of the application form online is 22.05.2023 05.00 PM.

 

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before applying online. Candidates shall keep a printed copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy during the oral examination.

 

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen. If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred/rubbed off or the image/signature is not correct then the application fee can be re-applied only without depositing the application fee. Note that the deposit of application fee No further changes/amendments/changes are accepted after that, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must print the recent color photograph of the Applicant’s copy with accurate information and signature attached and its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and saving it.

 

The applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 2 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner. 23/- including service charge of teletalk (non-refundable) Total 223/- and 100/- (one hundred) for Serial No. 6-8; Total 112/- to be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours including teletalk service charge of Tk 12/- (non-refundable). It is especially noted here that even if all the parts of the application form have been filled and submitted online, the application form filled in online will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is deposited”.

 

Candidates can download the written exam admit card after the application deadline. Written, Practical (as applicable) and Oral examinations will be conducted with the same admit card. Note that the exam date, time, and center name will be mentioned on the admit card.
