The starting date and time for online filling of the application form and submission of the application fee is 04 March 2024 AD. 10.00 am. The last date and time of submission of the application form online is 20th March 2024 AD. 04.00 pm. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through teletalk within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. Scan the candidate’s photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) in the online application form and upload it to the designated place. As the information mentioned in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate must be sure about the correctness of all the information before submitting the application form online.

Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need. At the time of oral examination, the original copies of the following documents must be produced, and attested photocopies of each must be submitted:

• 1. Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable).
• 2. Original documents in support of quota.
• 2. Citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Councillor in which the candidate is a resident of the Union/Municipality.
