Candidates who want to participate in the exam will fill out the application form at http://somc.teletalk.com.bd website. Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 17/12/2023 AD. 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the application form online is 15/01/2024 AD. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period till 11.59 pm will submit the exam fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the color photo of the candidate (Length: 300 x Width: 300) Pixel and signature (Length: 300 x Width: 80) Pixel and scanned and uploaded to the designated place. Photo size: 100 kb and signature size: 60 kb.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the online application form. The candidate shall keep the print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the Applicant Preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an applicant copy with a User ID, Photo, and Signature.

Candidates should print or download the Applicant Copy and save it. A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send an SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of Tk 200 (two hundred) and a Teletalk service charge of Tk 23 (twenty-three) for the mentioned serial 01. A total of 223 (two hundred and twenty-three) taka and 100 (one hundred) taka for exam fees for serial 02 and 12 (twelve) taka for teletalk service charge totaling 112 (one hundred and twelve) taka within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course through http://somc.teletalk.com.bd and SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center/venue name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test.
