Seva Women and Child Welfare Center is a national-level non-profit private organization (MRA Charter No. 01101-02096-00063). Since 1991, it has been implementing loan programs and other development activities to improve the quality of life of the underprivileged population through increasing the involvement of women in the mainstream of women’s development, especially in the national development of Bangladesh, through employment creation. At present activities are being conducted in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, and Narsingdi districts. 150 Community Organizers (Field Officers) and 2 Internal Auditors will be appointed to manage the credit activities of the organization.

Both experienced and inexperienced can apply for the post of Community Organizer (Field Officer). In the case of experienced candidates, the certificate (if any) mentioning the experience must be attached to the application form. Internal auditor post should have at least 3 years of work experience in auditor post. Applications are invited from candidates interested in working with urban and rural populations in any area located in the four districts mentioned above, subject to the following conditions for conducting the loan program with the financial assistance of PKSF and the Bank.
