Candidates who are interested in participating in the exam will fill out the application form on the website http://sfmehti.teletalk.com.bd. Date and Time for Online Application Form Filling and Examination Fee Submission: 25/06/2023 at 10.00 am. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 24/07/2013 up to 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 (width 300 pixels)) and upload it at the designated place. The size of the photograph should be a maximum of 100 KB and the size of the signature should be a maximum of 60 KB. As the information will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself is 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online.

Candidates shall retain a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy at the time of the oral/practical examination. Rules for sending application form SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form (Application Form) online properly and upload the photo and signature as per the instructions. Candidates who have submitted the application form accurately will get an Applicant’s Copy with User ID, Photograph, and Signature, if any information in the Applicant’s Copy is incorrect or the photograph is spotty (completely black/white/blurry) or the photograph/signature is not correct then without depositing the application fee. Specially mentioned here, even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
