Attach the following documents along with the application form:

1. Resume as per the table mentioned above along with a separate application form
2. Pay Order/Bank Draft (Non-Refundable) of Rs.600/- for all posts from any branch of Janata Bank in favor of the Registrar, Rajshahi Medical University to the candidate.
3. 3 (three) copies of recent passport-size attested photographs
4. Attested copy/photocopy of all examination pass certificates/appreciation letters.
5. Attested copy/photocopy of experience certificate.

6. Attested copy of Nationality Certificate/National Identity Card issued by Chairman of Union Parishad/Chairman of Municipality/Ward Commissioner of City Corporation
7. Attested copy of degree equivalency letter issued by UGC in case of degree obtained from foreign educational institution.
8. In case of job candidates as son/daughter/grandchild of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, attested copy of the certificate issued by Ministry of Liberation War Affairs of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter father/mother.
9. Attested copy of the certificate issued by the concerned authority in case of tribal/disabled candidates
10. Self-addressed return envelope with postage stamp worth Tk 10.

(Divisional Continuing Education Centre, Rajshahi Medical College & Hospital Campus, Rajshahi-6000) Directly during office hours (8.00 am to 2.30 pm excluding public holidays) during office hours (Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) / To be sent by post.
12. Those who had applied vide the advertisement issued vide Memorandum No. Ramebi/Prash/Ni.Ba./91(3)/2023/2170 dated September 16, 2023, need not reapply.

General information:
1. The name of the candidate should be mentioned on the envelope.
2. Preliminarily shortlisted candidates will have to appear in written practical or oral or all the mentioned tests as decided by the authority.
3. Job aspirants have to apply through their respective recruiting authority.
4. Age limit is relaxable for candidates working in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Institutions.
5. Candidates having experience in Government Medical/ Autonomous Institution/ Public University/ Any Commission will be given preference.
6. (a) Candidates’ age should be within the age limit mentioned next to each post.
(b) Age limit not applicable in case of departmental candidates.
(c) Preference will be given to departmental candidates.

7. Any one of the conditions of educational qualification and experience is relaxable in the case of departmental candidates:
a) Class/Department/Grade prescribed in the academic examination from SSC to Post Graduate degree keeping the minimum level of educational qualification.
Only one level lower class/division/grade will be acceptable on the ground.
(b) One-third of the total required experience is relaxable.
(c) Any one of the conditions including educational qualification is relaxable in the case of candidates with special qualifications and skills.

8. Rajshahi Medical University authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
9. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the examination.
10. University authorities can increase or decrease the posts.
11. The decision of the authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be considered final.
