Required documents for joining the service:

1. All original academic & professional certificates along with 2(two) sets of attested photocopies at the time of joining the Bank. The original documents will be returned after verification of the certificates.

2. Certificate of fitness from a Civil Surgeon/ Medical professional not below the rank of Assistant Professor to be issued in the official pad of the respective Civil Surgeon/ Doctor. The certificate in question will be verified later by the Human Resources Division.

3. Nationality Certificate issued by the Chairman of Union Parishad/ Mayor of Pourashava/ Ward Councilor of City Corporation as the case may be & attested photocopy of National ID Card.

4. Character and antecedent certificates from two separate class-l officials of the Govt./ Bankers not below the rank of Assistant General Manager those who are not related to you.

5. 4 (four) copies of recent passport-size colored photographs (lab print) duly attested by a class-l official of the Govt./ Banker, not below the rank of Assistant General Manager.

6. Release the Order from your previous employer mentioning the liability, if any, with the organization.

7. Surety Bond duly signed on non-judicial stamp paper of Tk.300/- (Taka three hundred) only on the prescribed form to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (5) continuous years from the date of joining the Bank (Proforma enclosed).

Note:
1. Candidates who have been selected for probationary Senior Officer in Pubali Bank PLC but found to have previously held a lower post and engaged in unauthorized absenteeism/resigned from the previous post will be terminated /dismissed upon discovery.

2. Candidates will be posted at any Branch/ Office of the Bank situated in Bangladesh.

3. Candidates are advised to collect their appointment letter from Human Resources Division after 24
January 2024 or may receive on stipulated joining date.
