Bangladesh Public Service Commission Secretariat (PSC) published the Non-Cadre Recruitment Exam Policy 2023 from 9th to 13th grade. According to the decision of the 11th special meeting of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission held on 07 December 2023, to revise and modernize the policy of the recruitment examination for non-cadre technical/professional and non-technical 9th ​​and 10th to 13th grade posts of various ministries/departments that can be filled through the Bangladesh Public Service Commission. Based on the recommendations of the committee formed by the work commission, the commission has formulated the policy and subject-wise syllabus for the recruitment examination for non-cadre technical/professional and non-technical 9th ​​and 10th to 13th-grade posts as follows.
