1. Admit card issued to the candidate for appearing in the oral examination.
2. Written Test Admit Card (Colour Print).
3. Candidate’s Online Application Copy (Colour).
4. Copy of National Identity Card.
5. Original copies of all educational qualification certificates and mark sheets (of those of graduation/equivalent examination
6. The date of publication of the result is not mentioned in the certificate/transcript they will submit the certificate with the date of publication from the appropriate authority).
7. Citizenship certificate issued by concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Councillor.
8. Original copy of pet certificate (if applicable) issued by the concerned Upazila Education Officer and countersigned by the District Primary Education Officer to the effect that the pet was owned till 25 October 2020.
9. Acknowledgment of receipt of documents submitted to the District Primary Education Office should be brought along.
10. Carrying or keeping any books, answer sheets, notes or other documents, calculators, mobile phones, vanity bags, purses, watches or clocks, electronic wristwatches or electronic devices, or such objects in the oral examination board is strictly prohibited.
11. Due to unavoidable reasons: The exam date, time, and venue may change. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the oral examination.
