Government Primary School Assistant Teachers Grade and Pay Scale Promotion Notice 2024 Upgradation of pay scales (grades) to eliminate the existing pay disparity of Assistant Teachers in Government Primary Schools. Per the Finance Department’s letter number 07.00.0000.161,38,00,001.17.30 dated November 07, 2011, the pay scale of assistant teachers at the field level of the primary education department under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education is aimed at eliminating salary disparity. Following are the conditional promotions.

Conditions:

(a) The qualification/experience shown in column No. 5 of the pay grade prescribed in Column No. 4 of the above table shall be applicable;
(b) All existing rules and formalities in this regard shall be duly followed.

1. The expenses related to this will be met from the funds allocated in the Department of Primary Education 1240201-3111201- Salary allowances.
2. This order has been issued with the approval of the appropriate authority and will be effective from the date of issue.
