2. M.C.Q. 01 (one) set of attested copies of the following documents/documents by the Director ( Unit-9), Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat, Agargaon, Shere Bangla Nagar, Dhaka should be submitted by post or in person:

• (a) BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) and Admit Card;
• (b) All original/temporary certificates of educational qualification obtained from the Board or University;
• (c) Certificate bearing date of birth in case of “O” level and “A” level degree candidates. Affidavit for proof of age will not be accepted;
• (d) Equivalence certificate issued by the concerned Equivalence Committee/Ministry of Education in the case of candidates with foreign degrees;
• (e) acceptance of resignation or order of removal in respect of persons resigning or removed from the service of Government or local authority;
• (f) Clearance issued by the appointing authority in case of candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organisations;

• (g) Certificate signed by Mayor/Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman/Notary Public of the concerned City Corporation of both former and present address in favor of changed permanent address of the candidate in case of change of permanent address of the applicant or in case of female candidates husband’s address is used;
• h) Experience Certificate (if applicable);
• (i) National Identity Card (NID) and Citizenship Certificate;
• (j) 03 (three) copies of passport-size attested color photographs;
• (k) Documents relating to freedom fighters as per the conditions of clause 2 (b) of the concerned recruitment circular (where applicable); And
• (l) Disability Certificate/Identity Card issued by the Department of Social Services to the candidates with disabilities (where applicable).

3. Note that if a candidate fails to submit the mentioned papers/documents directly or by post within the said date, his/her candidature will be canceled and he/she will not be able to participate in the oral examination. Papers sent by post should reach the work commission within the stipulated time.

4. If a candidate is qualified for more than one post, the candidate has to submit a separate original application form BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) for all the posts along with all the documents. If the candidate does not submit the original application form BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) for any post he has passed, his oral examination will not be accepted for that post.

5. Candidates who have passed more than one post must submit their preference order to the Board of Oral Examination. The order of preference cannot be changed under any circumstances.

6. In the case of any candidate who is found to be seriously deficient in the conditions mentioned in the recruitment circular, the candidate’s candidature will be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.

7. BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) and Admit Card can be downloaded and printed from the Labor Commission website www.bpsc.gov.bd or Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd.

8. The date, schedule, and detailed information of the oral examination will be published later in the national daily newspaper and on the Commission’s website.
