Candidates for all posts except Serial No. 05 will be appointed as Apprentices for 1 (one) year. Regular salary structure subject to evaluation at the end of apprenticeship including PF, gratuity, 2 festival bonuses in a year, Baisakhi allowance half of basic salary, single accommodation facility free of cost in the work area, encashment of unused leave scheduled at the end of the year, payment of annual increment at the rate of 10% per year, weekly leave 02 (Friday and Saturday) days and the candidates of Serial No. 02,03 and 04 posts will be given 03 distance allowances and other benefits per year as per the rules of the organization to those recruited in Chittagong district. Final selected candidates should guarantee at least 06 (six) months of service in the organization.
