Candidates who are interested in participating in the exam will fill out the application form on this website http://pbskish.teletalk.com.bd. Starting date for online application form filling and examination fee submission: 21/01/2024, 10:00 AM. Last Date of Filling Online Application Form: 15/02/2018, 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. The application form cannot be filled out after the prescribed date and time.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his recently collected (more than 03 months) color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixel) and signature (length 300 * width 80 pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form at their own risk for any exam-related need and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.
