The candidate age limit should be 18 to 30 years as of 11-06-2023. However, the age limit is 18-32 years in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. In the memorandum of the Ministry of Public Administration dated September 22, 2022, the age of the applicant is 25-03-2020. Candidates will be eligible to apply if they are within the upper age limit on the date. No affidavit in respect of age is admissible. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from the appropriate authority.

Employed candidates should tick (V) in the Departmental Candidate box while filling out the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates have to submit the original copy of the no objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. No application will be accepted in person or by post. Applications sent directly or by post will be treated as invalid. Candidates who have cleared the written/practical test will have to submit an additional 01 (one) set of attested photocopies of all certificates at the time of the oral test.

Candidates who successfully submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. The applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. A User ID (for example ABCDEF) will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID (ABCDEF) the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for the examination fee for the posts mentioned in order No. 1-6. A total of 223/- including a fee of 200/- (two hundred) and teletalk service charge of 23/- (twenty-three) and non-refundable examination fee of 100/- (one hundred) and a teletalk service charge of 12/-( Twelve) shall deposit a total of Rs.112/- within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course through http://ocei.teletalk.com.bd or OCEI website: www.ocei.gov.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.
