North-West Power Generation Company Limited (An Enterprise of Bangladesh Power Development Board) and a successor utility for power generation is looking for an energetic & promising person and inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for immediate appointment on a contractual basis to the following post. The Executive Director (Finance) is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company reporting to the Managing Director. This is a strategic-level post.

The incumbent shall act as a member of the management team of the Company to assist the Managing Director with overall financial management, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations for good governance including development set-up, systems, and legal functions of the organization. He is responsible for financial forecasting and shall assist the Managing Director in negotiating project financing issues with donors/development partners and listing the company in the stock exchange(s) etc. He will take proper initiative in arranging and managing funds for the development projects. He will also ensure the Management Accounting System of the company.
