Documents Prescribed for Extraction of Academic Transcript:

• 1) The signature of the college principal must be obtained by filling the prescribed form of the transcript!!
• 2) Photocopy of Registration Card!!
• 3) Photocopy of admit card (all years)!
• 4) Marksheet!!
• 5) Provisional certificate!!
• 6) Photocopy of HSC certificate!!

All documents must be scanned. Then all the scanned documents need to be PDF.
