18th Teacher Registration Circular 2023 | 18th Teacher Registration Notification 2023 18th Teacher Registration Exam 2023 In order to register and certify candidates interested in becoming teachers in the private educational institutions of the country, applications are being invited from the candidates who wish to participate in the Eighteenth Teacher Registration Examination 2023 organized by the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA). Candidates will undergo preliminary tests in the first stage. Candidates who clear the preliminary test will be admitted to the written test in the second phase. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be admitted to the oral test.

Candidates who wish to participate in the examination should apply in the form given on the website http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd. Candidates who wish to participate in the registration examination must fill out and submit the application form online in the manner mentioned in paragraph 4 of this notification. The notification is available on the website www.ntrca.gov.bd and http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling & Fee Payment Commencement Date & Time: 09 November 2023 09:00 AM. The last date and time for submission of the application form online: 30 November 2023 up to 12:00 PM.

Candidates who have passed the written examination shall compulsorily produce the original copies of the certificates mentioned in Clause 12 (a) at the oral examination. Only candidates who have received the User ID by 12:00 PM on 30th November 2023 can submit the fee within 72 hours after that time (ie up to 12:00 PM on 03rd December 2023) through SMS (following the instructions in paragraph 5 of the notification).

Instead of waiting for the last date and time, the candidate is advised to fill and submit the application form online by himself within a reasonable time and be sure about the information given in the application. According to the educational qualification mentioned in paragraph 15, the candidate is eligible and willing to apply for the post by entering the website and selecting the radio button of that post to open the application form. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80) pixel and color image (white background) (length 300 × width 300) pixel and upload it to the designated place.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in issuing the certificate to the candidates who have passed the preliminary, written, and oral examinations and all other activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form. Again the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled. No information can be modified after submitting the application form.

If a candidate does not have the required educational qualification for the post mentioned in the notification, he cannot apply for the said post. If a candidate claims that his degree obtained from abroad is equivalent to any educational qualification mentioned on the side of the mentioned posts, he must present the original copy of the equivalence certificate issued by the concerned Equivalence Committee or the concerned Department of the Ministry of Education to the interview board during the oral examination. Otherwise, the oral examination will not be accepted. Candidates should save the print copy of the application form submitted online. After passing the preliminary and written examination, the original copies of the certificates required in clause 12(a) shall be produced at the time of the oral examination. Moreover, a print copy of the online application form will be kept by the candidate personally during the examination so that the candidate can produce the same in case of verification of correctness.

Candidates who are eligible and willing to apply for the examination will select the optional subjects of the registration examination from the subject/subjects mentioned in the notification against the post and mention it in the online application form. Candidate’s own name, father’s name and mother’s name S. S. C or equivalent examination to be filled in the same manner as mentioned in the passing certificate in the online application form. All examination related matters will be contacted on the mobile phone number provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is advised to keep the said number active all the time by sending SMS and paying attention to follow the instructions received immediately.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:
After completing the online application form and submitting the application form by uploading the candidate’s photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get a User ID and an Applicant’s Copy with a photograph and signature after submitting the application form accurately. The applicant’s copy should be saved by greeting or downloading. Using the User ID provided in the applicant’s copy, the candidate shall send 02 (two) SMS to any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and deposit the prescribed examination fee of Rs.350/- (three hundred and fifty) within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submitting the application. will do
