Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill the application form on this website. Starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission: 02/04/2024 at 10.00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 25/04/2024 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels and color photo (length 300 × width 300) pixels and upload it to the designated place. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as a reference for any examination related requirements.

Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill the online application form (Application Form) properly and upload the photo and signature as per the instructions. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph and signature. If the applicant’s copy contains any wrong information or unclear image (totally black/totally white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must print the applicant’s copy with his/her latest color photograph, correct information and signature attached and ensure its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color.

Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner for the application fee of 200/- and Teletalk’s service charge of Tk.23/- Including a total of 223/-(two hundred and twenty three taka, non-refundable) to be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially mentioned here that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.
