National Human Rights Commission Appointment Order 2023. The following candidates have been temporarily appointed to the following posts of 9th grade of the National Human Rights Commission with National Pay Scale, 2015 of Tk.22000-53060/- and other benefits as per existing employment rules of the National Human Rights Commission. The initial 2 (two) years of this appointment will be considered an apprenticeship period. If their activity and behavior during this initial apprenticeship does not prove satisfactory, the period of their training will be extended. The appointing authority may terminate their employment if their conduct and activity at the end of the period of apprenticeship (including extended period if any) is not satisfactory or if it appears that they are not likely to become competent or if the police report is not satisfactory.
At the time of joining the service, they have to submit the physical fitness certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon. After joining the service the prescribed form has to be filled and submitted for police investigation report.
In cases not specified in this appointment order, their employment will be governed by the National Human Rights Commission (Officers and Employees) Employment Rules, 2019 and any future regulations made by the Commission. If they fail to join the job within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of issue of this appointment letter i.e. next 24/09/2023, their appointment will be considered cancelled. This order is issued in public interest and will be effective from the date of accession.
