Directorate of Archives and Libraries Recruitment Circular 2023. Applications are invited online only at http://nanl.teletalk.com.bd from genuine Bangladeshi citizens with the qualifications mentioned on the side of the post for direct recruitment to the following posts under the revenue sector of the Directorate of Archives and Libraries under the Ministry of Culture.

The recruitment notification is available at www.nanl.gov.bd and http://nanl.teletalk.com.bd. Applicants aged a minimum of 18 years and below 30 years as of 25/06/2023 will be considered eligible to apply. However, the age limit of the candidates who are sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters or physically challenged candidates is 18-32 years. An affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from the appropriate authority. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of the objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

Interested candidates fill out the application at http://nanl.teletalk.com.bd website. The starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission is 31/10/2023 AD. 9.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the application form online is 30/11/2023 AD. 4.00 pm. Received User ID within the said period
Candidates will submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photo (length 300 × width 300) pixels and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and signature size should be a maximum 60 KB.

As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online. The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need and submit a single copy during the oral examination.

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved.

The number will be given and using a User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred) and a service charge of Teletalk for a serial number 1-7. 23.00 (Twenty-Three) Taka Total 223/- (Two Hundred Twenty-Three) Taka and 100/- (One Hundred) Taka for Serial No. 8 and Teletalk Service Charge 12.00 (Twelve) Taka Total 112/- (One Hundred Twelve) Taka Submit within seventy two hours. It should be noted that, even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.
