External Affairs Ministry Recruitment Exam Schedule 2024. Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment Circular No.19.00.0000.121.01.011.20(311)/257 for 90-minute written test for the posts of ‘Certificate-cum-Computer Operator’, ‘Research Assistant’ and ‘Senior Clerical’ under the 13th grade of the Ministry of External Affairs. ; Date: 13th June 2023 AD Date and Time Table, Center and Instructions for Written Examination of Candidates for the Posts of ‘Synthetic-Cinematic-cum-Computer Operator’, ‘Research Assistant’ and ‘Uchman Clerical’ in 13th Grade are given below.

MOFA Admit Card 2024 – mofa.teletalk.com.bd

Candidates registering online for the said post have to download the admit card from the Ministry website https://mofa.gov.bd/site/view/notification circular or Bangladesh Teletalk Limited website http://mofa.teletalk.com.bd and participate in the written test. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Seat must be taken at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination room until the completion of the examination.

Candidates are especially warned that if the roll number is not written correctly in the answer sheet if there is any tampering or if fluid is applied to the answer sheet, the candidate will be disqualified. The roll number and name of each candidate will be printed on the attendance list with his/her photograph and signature similar to the admit card. The photo and signature of the admit card will be compared with the photo and signature of the attendance list, if there is no match, the candidate will be expelled and legal action will be taken against him. Arrangements will be made to conduct special search operations against fake candidates. Books, bags, watches, pocket watches, electronic watches, mobile phones, watch-like mobile phones, any type of calculator, or any electronic device are strictly prohibited in the examination center. During the examination, if the declared material is found in the examination hall, the same will be confiscated and his/her candidature will be canceled. Necessary legal action will be taken against the said candidate by expulsion.

Candidates for the above posts will have to participate in a written test of 90 minutes with a total of 100 marks including Bengali-20, English-50, Mathematics-15 and General Knowledge-15. Candidates will be given 01 answer sheet for 04 subjects in the examination hall. Candidates will fill only the required boxes in the answer sheet. Otherwise, the answer sheet will be considered invalid. If a candidate is found to have any serious (substantive) deficiency in the conditions mentioned in the recruitment circular, the candidature of the said candidate will be deemed to be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination. The candidates concerned for the said post have to participate in the written examination following the health rules issued by the Ministry of Health.
