Mbbs admission result For admission to Government Medical Colleges candidates will be selected on national merit in the remaining seats except the seats reserved for freedom fighters, tribals, and non-tribals. Apart from this merit-based waiting list of a reasonable number of candidates will also be published. Candidates will be selected based on merit from among the aspirants in the reserved seats and respective categories. Based on the selected candidate’s merit rank and college choice, the candidate will be admitted to a college automatically.
MBBS admission test was held in 44 venues of 19 centers of the country last Friday morning. This time 1 lakh 4 thousand 374 students applied for this exam. Among them, 49 thousand 923 got past number 40 or more. The pass rate is 47.83 percent. Last year this rate was 35.34 percent. 5 thousand 380 of those who passed will get the opportunity to get admission to 37 government medical colleges in the country. Among them, 2 thousand 194 male and 2 thousand 878 female students out of 5072 seats of merit quota. Apart from this, 6 thousand 295 seats of 67 approved private medical colleges will be filled based on merit and preference of passed students.
Medical Admission Result The exam result will be notified to the candidate’s mobile via SMS. Besides, the results of the examination can be known from the website of the Department of Health Education www.dgme.gov.bd and the website of the Department of Health www.dghs.gov.bd. 2% of seats reserved in the Muktijoddha quota will be limited to the total seats. Freedom fighters’ children and children’s children can apply for the freedom fighter quota. Admission notice of private medical college will be published on the next day immediately after the result of the government medical college admission test. However, the candidates who scored less than 40 marks on the admission test will not be considered eligible for the admission application. Original copies of all information and certificates mentioned in the application form must be provided at the time of admission.

After the scheduled date for admission to the government medical college, the students/girls admitted against the empty seats will have the opportunity to change the college a maximum of three consecutive times through the software according to the college choice mentioned in the migration application, merits than, and migration application. Vacant seats obtained at the end of every migration will be filled in the order of merit and preference from the waiting list of the quota from which the seat becomes vacant. Vacant seats cannot be admitted from the waiting list due to cancellation of admission/non-admission etc. after the third round of migration. After completion of final admission post-migration, no student can be transferred from the admitted government or private medical college to another medical college till the completion of the internship.
