If the provisionally recommended candidates are subsequently found to have any deficiency in qualifications or documents, evidence of corruption, forgery of certificates, furnishing of false information, or significant inaccuracies, the provisional recommendation of the said candidate shall be considered canceled. Moreover, in special cases, the candidate can be referred to the criminal law. If any such information is revealed or proved after the appointment to the service, appropriate legal action will be taken against him including dismissal from service.
