Khulna District Commissioner’s Office Recruitment Circular 2023. In view of the memorandum clearance letter dated 09/04/2023 and notification dated 18/04/2023 of Ministry of Land Administration-1 Division, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka to fill up the following vacant posts under revenue administration in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Khulna by direct recruitment. From the citizens of Bangladesh and permanent residents of Khulna district, manually filled applications are being invited in the one-page prescribed application form introduced by the Ministry of Public Administration subject to the following conditions.

A one-page application containing the required information should be submitted as per the prescribed form published by the Ministry of Public Administration in the circular dated 29/12/2014. Application forms can be collected from www.mopa.gov.bd and the website of the District Commissioner, Khulna www.khulna.gov.bd. Candidates’ age limit should be between 18 to 30 years as of 15/06/2023. However, the age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in the case of the son/daughter of a freedom fighter or disabled. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted. Candidates with disabilities and other quota claimants have to submit appropriate certificates.

04 (Four) copies of (a 5×5) cm size color photograph attested by First Class Gazetted Officer should be attached in the prescribed space of the application form and 02 (two) copies of stamp size color photograph should be submitted. There should be a clear seal bearing the name, and designation of the attesting officer. A return envelope of (4.5×10) size containing the candidate’s contact address and an unused postage stamp of Rs.10 (ten) should be enclosed with the application form. Candidates should mention the post name along with their contact address on the application envelope.

Candidates selected in the written test will have to present/submit the original copies of all certificates and quota-related certificates as evidence of proficiency in driving vehicles including citizenship certificate, national identity card and birth registration certificate, educational qualification, experience certificate, and license issued by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority while participating in the oral examination. Prevailing government policies regarding quota and other government regulations regarding recruitment will be duly followed!

The handwritten application form should reach the office of the District Commissioner, Khulna directly or by post during office hours by 16/07/2023 along with the District Commissioner, Khulna. Applications typed on a computer, without the prescribed form or incomplete, defective, and late will be considered rejected.
