Jobsbiwta Application Terms/Rules:

A. Age of the candidates as of 01/05/2023 40 years for rank-1, 21 years for rank-2 to 5 posts, 18 years for rank-7 to 14 posts, and 27 years for rank-15 & 16 posts. The year must be completed;

b. According to the memorandum of the Ministry of Public Administration, the maximum age limit for application is 30 years, those who will be within 30 years on 25/03/2020 can also apply;

c. Interested candidates should apply online only through www.jobsbiwta.gov.bd from 07/05/2023 to 05/06/2023;

d. Form-filling rules and other conditions while applying are available at www.jobsbiwta.gov.bd. The Applied ID received after applying online should be preserved properly. By using the said Applied ID as the Biller Number of the Rocket within 72 hours through the Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking Rocket to the BIWTA’s Biller ID No.-422 regarding the application fee for the post mentioned in Serial No.-1 to 6 of Taka 320 (three hundred and twenty) and serial no. – For the posts mentioned in 7 and 16, the application fee at the rate of Tk.215/-(two hundred and fifteen) (non-refundable) has to be submitted, otherwise the application form will be automatically rejected;

e. Applicants will be informed by sending timely SMS to the mobile number mentioned in the application form to collect the admit card from www.jobsbiwta.gov.bd website using their respective Applied ID;

f. Candidates need not send any documents initially. At the time of taking the oral/practical test (where applicable), candidates are required to submit the necessary documents in support of the information mentioned in the application;

g. Job candidates should apply through their recruiting authority. After passing the oral/practical test (where applicable) the exemption letter from the employing organization must be submitted;

h. Recruitment Circular No.-02/2022 published on 03/04/2022 for the post of Junior River Surveyor as described in serial-05, Recruitment Circular No.-04/2020 published on last 10/11/2020 for the post of Assistant Programmer as described in serial-06 and serial- Candidates who have applied for the post of assistant and treasurer mentioned in 8 as per recruitment circular no-03/2022 published on 15/05/2022 need not apply again. Based on the correct application submitted earlier for all these positions, the concerned candidates will get the opportunity to participate in the examination; Age relaxation for the plaintiffs in Writ Petition No.-4699/2022, Writ Petition No.-5521/2022 in the posts mentioned in serial-10 to 12 and for plaintiffs in the case of Writ Petition No.-8547/2018 as stated in serial-13;

i. Age relaxable up to 40 years for departmental candidates (applicable only to those working in BIWTA);

j. Age maximum 32 (thirty-two) years in case of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter’s children and disabled and age maximum 30 (thirty) years in case of grandson/granddaughter of freedom fighter;

k. Applications containing incomplete/wrong information will be rejected without any communication;

l. Government policies regarding quotas and other regulations shall be duly followed in recruitment;

m. In the case of married female candidates husband’s permanent address should be used as the permanent address.

2. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification. The decision of the authority in the matter of selection and appointment of the application will be considered final.
