Candidate’s Permanent Address: The candidate’s permanent address should be mentioned in the nationality certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councillor. A married female candidate can use her husband’s address as her permanent address. However, an unmarried female candidate can change her permanent address in favor of her husband’s permanent address if she gets married after applying, subject to proper proof.

Photo: Previously registered candidates can use existing photos. However, the new candidate must scan a color photo with a white background taken not more than three months ago and upload it in the designated place of the website in a size of 600×600 pixels and file size not more than 100 KB. Date of Result of Degree Obtained: The date of publication of the result of the respective degree published by the Controller of Examination must be mentioned. The degree result obtained by the applicant must be published on or before the last date of application submission.

Candidates with foreign degrees: If the candidate has passed ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level, the equivalent certificate is issued by the relevant domestic board of education, and if the degree is obtained from a foreign university, an equivalent certificate issued by the relevant domestic University/University Grant Commission/Ministry of Education or appropriate authority. The information of the result (with mention of class/department/GPA/CGPA) must be submitted to the checking board at the time of the oral examination.
