The last date and time for filling out the application form online: is 12/12/2023; at 05.00 pm. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period will submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300×width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300×width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be between 100KB and signature size should be between 60KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.

Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. Procedure for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee: Online Application Form duly filled with photograph and signature as per instructions.
After uploading and submitting the application form, the application preview with the image can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get an Applicant’s copy with User ID, Photo, and Signature after submitting the application form accurately. After downloading the Applicant’s copy, the candidate will save the colored print.

A User ID will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID the Candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for the application fee including Teletalk service charge of 223/- (two hundred) for serial number 1-3. Twenty-three) Taka will be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours of receiving the User ID. It is specially mentioned here that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the application fee is submitted’.
